dc.description.abstract | Javan Lorises (Nycticebus javanicus) are nocturnal primates endemic to Java island. Their habitats are primary and secondary forest vegetation, plantation area, and bamboos vegetation. They were categorized as endangered species because of the illegal trading and their habitat degradation. Spatial modelling was one of many kinds of Javan loris insitu conservation efforts of the especially in Cisurupan Garut. The habitat suitability factors of Javan lorises were altitude, slope, NDVI, surface temperature, distance of sleep trees and feed density. The Javan lorises habitat suitability based on PCA was Y = (1.952*altitude) + (1.952*slope) + (1.028*NDVI) + (1.952* surface tempe- rature) + (1.347* distance of sleep trees) + (1.952*feed density), with validation value of 100%. Total area habitats Javan lori is 7843,02 ha. As many as 534.55 ha of their habitat were categorized into low suitability,2968.11 ha categorized into medium suitability, and 3971.87 ha of its were categorized into high suitability. | en |
