Abstract: Internship program enhanced knowledge, skill and working experience at oil palm plantation. This activity was conducted from February to June 2013 at Teluk Siak Estate, PT Aneka Intipersada, Minamas Plantation, Riau. The method used was divided into three stages, employee, co-mandor and co-field assistant. Moreover, the observation of variables that would be analyzed were conducted paralelly. Variables observed were harvest interval, harvest density, labour management, harvest quality control and transportation management. The data collected was statistically analyzed using sum operation and t-test. The work achievement during the internship program was technically still under the standard of the plantation company. The analysis result indicated that Teluk Siak Estate 1st Division had generally implemented good oil palm harvest management. Harvesting problems that found at Teluk Siak Estate 1st Division were lack of labour and inappropiate pruning. Moreover, it is indicated that there was no difference between peat soil and mineral soil in harvest density, meanwhile in production and average bunch weight variables was significantly different.
