Daya Terima, Tingkat Kecukupan Zat Gizi dan Status Gizi Pecandu Narkoba di Rumah Singgah Peka dan Yakita Bogor

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine the Food acceptance, nutritional adequacy level and and nutritional status of drug addicts at Rumah Singgah PEKA and YAKITA Bogor. This study used cross sectional design. Subjects of this study was resident at Rumah Singgah PEKA and YAKITA Bogor. Sampling method used was purposive sampling and the number of subjects was 30 people. Descriptive analysis nutritional adequacy level showed energy and protein, most of the resident in YAKITA was on normal category (69.2%). Nutritional adequacy level energy (29.3%) and protein (64.7%), are resident in Rumah Singgah PEKA categorized as severe deficit. Food acceptance includes of color, aroma, texture, shape and taste of food at Rumah Singgah PEKA and YAKITA Bogor, most of the resident was on category of like. Nutrition status of resident at Rumah Singgah PEKA and YAKITA, most of the resident was on normal category.
