dc.description.abstractAccording to the World Health Organization ( WHO )it is predicted that 2020 around 60 % of deaths is caused by low physical fitness. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship pattern of food consumption and exercise habits with the composition of the IPB students body fat and fitness. The design of this study was cross sectional. Examples were 34 IPB students who were willing to be examples and in good health. Average nutritional status was normal, intake of energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate, and mineral examples like sports more than in the sample who do not like sports. Most of the examples of the type of exercise jogging exercise with a duration of 30 minutes per week . Body fat composition examples are not sports lower than the example that exercise. There is a significant relationship between the frequency of consumption of food sources of fat (p=0.000, r=0.628) and body fat composition. Similarly, there is a significant relationship between fat intake (p=0.001, r=0.530 ), exercise duration (p = 0.000 , r = 0.71 ) with fitness.en
