Abstract: The majority of Indonesian people is still being a farmer for their livelihood. This research objective were to identify performance of paddy farming with waste animal husbandry utilization, to analyze cost structure and income efficiency of paddy farming, and to analyze factors that influenced farmers to do paddy farming with waste animal husbandry utilization. Paddy farming performance of this research seen by time of plant, land preparation, seedbed, planting treatment, labor utilization, and agriculture waste production with descriptive analysis method. Cost structure and income efficiency were analyzed by using percentage of the total cost and R / C ratio method while factors that influence farmers' decisions was analyzed by using logistic regression. This research conducted at Sukajadi Village and respondents of this research were 30 farmers who utilize waste and 30 farmers who do not use waste. Based on research result showed that the performance of rice paddy farming which used waste utilization was still using a simple technical cultivation. Farmers who utilize waste made savings of fertilizer costs of 4.30%. So, the farmers who utilize waste made savings of cost production by 6.78%. Difference of income based on cash of cost production who accepted by farmers used utilize waste are Rp 435 826 /ha/season. Difference of income based on totally cost production who accepted by farmers used utilize waste are Rp 284 069/ha/season. Value of R/C ratio based on cash of cost production and totally cost production indicate that paddy farming with and without waste animal husbandry utilization were worth it and gave advantage for farmers. Factors that influenced farmers decision to do paddy farming with waste animal husbandry utilization were influenced by paddy farming income, the cost of chemical fertilizer for one growing season, burden of farmer, and education of farmers.
