dc.description.abstract | Capital is factor which being a constraint in any development of community forests. Partnership is believed to be a solution of this problem. Farmer group of Rimba Lestari (RL) in Karacak village develop community forest based on bussiness partnerships between smallholder farmers, land owners, and investors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the pattern and level of partnership, as well as knowing the pattern of results based on an analysis of the financial benefits. Partnership of RL community forest management was belong to Agribussiness Operational Partnership pattern. Partnership of RL community forest management is worth to be developed, it shows from the view of partnerships rate of 721.67, that is categorized as Partnership Prima Madya. The relationship of the bussiness need to be encouraged and also it needs an agreements of corporation for make a sustainable management. In addition, the level of relationship and the partnership of RL community forest management is also feasible to be developed based on the analysis of financial benefit with a value of NPV Rp339 769 771 /ha/yr and BCR 4.63 /ha/yr. | en |
