Endophytic microb can produce bioactive compounds as secondary metabolites that have antimicrobial, antimalarial, anticancer and other biological activities. The purpose of this research was to get nanoparticle fungal extracts of Veronaea sp. KT19, determine particle size and antimicrobial activity of the extracts. Cultivation of fungus was done for 6 and 12 days, considering the most bioactive compounds and the highest yield (biomass) produced. The result showed that scattered of nanoparticle fungal extracts from culture media of Veronaea sp. KT19 after 6 days of cultivation is 67.63-741.51 nm. The scattered of nanoparticle fungal extract from mycelium of Veronaea sp. KT19 after 6 days of cultivation is 26.92-107.18 nm based on the scatter particles in numbers with cumulants method.en
