Respon Suhu Rektal Sapi Dara Fries Holland pada Frekuensi dan Waktu Penyemprotan Berbeda

Abstract

Fries Holland known as cattle breed which is a heat stress intolerant. Spraying is a method that is used to minimalize the heat stress. The aimed of this research was to know the responses of the average of rectal temperature daily and couple hours after the treatment of different spraying times and frequenses. The spraying was given with 4 treatments: A : spraying on 07.00 and 16.00, B : spraying on 07.00, 13.00 and 16.00, C : spraying on 13.00, D : spraying on 16.00.The varian analysis resulted that treatment didn’t influence the daily average of rectal temperature, but the increased the rectal temperature of FH heifers that was sprayed on 07.00 and 16.00 in 2 hours after the treatments. The spraying on 07.00 o’clock and spraying with more frequences increased rectal temperatures of FH heifers
