dc.description.abstractSMEs handycraft cluster is a business entity that produces products with highly dependent on the skill of the craftsmen. In other words, human capital and social capital has an important role in performance improvement’s SMEs handycraft cluster. Ishikawa Diagram analysis results stated that the main problem of SMEs’s low performance derived from human factor. These results are supported by Structural Equation Modelling analysis that stated human capital has positive and significant influence on SMEs’s performance with social capital as a intervening variable. However, these results contratry to the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) results. SMEs owners are more concerned to repair SMEs’s infrastructure. Therefore, these misperceptions are corrected by the House Model’s design of improved performance SMEs handycraft cluster in Depok.en
