| Abstract: | Management must consider will invesment which be executed that will give advantage, good in the form of increase of effort for seeking of the alternative, then is followed with election of alternative that is very profits from so much the alternative. From background to hence there is its the problem formula is expenditure and earnings from farming can close over paddy farmer operating cost inbrida. Type and Data source applied is secondary data, in the form of first treatment report of usage of chemical fertilizer 100% and organic fertilizer 50% during five years that is the year 2008-2012 and second treatment of chemistry fertiliser use 50% and organic fertilizer 60% during five the year 2008-2012 and treatment of chemical fertilizer 100% and organic fertilizer 0% during five the year 2008-2012. Data collecting applies documentation data. Its the data analysis using quantitative analysis to cover method analysis Payback Period (PP), analysis NPV (Net Present Value), analysis IRR (Internal of Rate of Return), and analysis Net B/C. Based on calculation result which has been done by four appraisal of investment criterions consisted of : NPV, IRR, Net B/C, PBP appraisal of investment of inferential business that comparison of chemical fertilizer 100% and organic fertilizer 50% at rice Inbrida the year 2008-2012 at Skenario (P1, Q1 and S1) has positive NPV value Rp. 79,537,- ; IRR 40 %, and net B/C 5,6 PBP under from acceleration analysis age a period of crop that is 1,8 years. appraisal of investment of inferential business that comparison of chemical fertilizer 100% and organic fertilizer 50% the year 2008 - 2012 at competent inbrida paddy crop to be implemented for period plants second with chemistry fertiliser use 50% and organic fertilizer 60% at inbrida the year 2008-2012 for Skenario (P2, Q2 and S2) has positive NPV value Rp. 118,809,- ; IRR 40 % and Net B/C 5,7 for Pay Back Period under from analysis age with acceleration a period of crop that is 1,5 years, and period plants is third for chemical fertilizer 100% and organic fertilizer 0%.
