Abstract: Mini Nutritional Assassment (MNA) is a nutrition screening tool study the most suitable for the elderly. Elderly nursing is a community organization or social institution that helps governments in accommodating and caring for the elderly. The purpose of this study was to learn the performance of stress levels, food consumption and the Mini Nutritional Assassment (MNA) in elderly living in nursing homes. The study was conducted by way of a survey directly to nursing homes, while a study conducted by researchers today is research using secondary data. Concluded that there is relationship between the level of stress with food consumption (p<0.05), there is a relationship between the level of stress with MNA (p<0.05) and there is no relationship between food consumption with MNA (p>0.05).
