dc.description.abstractRabbit farm is a unique farm which is different from other livestock businesses, such as chickens, ducks, sheep, cow, or buffalo business. Rabbit fram has a high economic potential, especially for producing meat and skin-quality hair. One of the Rabbit breeding business in Lembang is Asep's Rabbit Project (ARP.) This study was aimed to identify and analyze the influences of the internal and external factors on Asep's Rabbit Project farm and to formulate the business development strategies. The results of SWOT analysis showed that strategies for development could be done through maintaining quality of rabbits and rabbit feed and strengthening the relationships among rabbit breeders in Indonesia. Therefore, working with a small rabbit breeders and providing guidance to the public about good farming prioritiesand improving communication and relationship with government are needed. The strategies also involvedregular reporting related to the rabbits enterprises, and create a good control on the farms, especially regarding the management aspect through monitoring and evaluate program of the farm on a regular basis.en
