dc.description.abstractMilk is one of farm commodities with high consumption level. But, the gap between production and consumption of milk requires us to import from the other country. Furthermore, business developments necessary in order to fulfill the needs of national milk consumption. ‘Kavling 176’ is one of the farm that increases milk production. There for it needs feasibility analysis to ‘kavling 176’. Feasibility analysis is used to determine (1) non financial aspect of the business; (2) business development opportunities of the financial aspect; (3) sensitivity analysis of business. The method used in the financial aspect are Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net B/C Ratio, Payback Period (PBP) and Break Event Point (BEP). Based on the objective, obtained the following result as : (1) business are feasible according to the non financial aspect; (2) business development can be carried out with value NPV Rp 292.514.822,00, IRR 25,93%, Net B/C Ratio 1,42, PBP 2.83 years, and BEP Rp 225.155.564,00; (3) business are sensitive in decrease production of 22% and conditions combined 63%.en
