dc.description.abstractGoat is the cattle with second highest productivity in Indonesia. Based on its productivity, goat is divided into beef goat and diary goat. PT Wirayasa Mandiri is the one of company that is breeding and growing double purpose diary goat resulted by excellent species of Etawa Crossbreed goat with integrated agriculture. Instead to produce goat milk, PT Wirayasa Mandiri also utilize waste resulted from the cattle as organic fertilizer and pesticide for semi organic paddy plantation. The aims of this research are understanding the feasibility of business by financial and non financial aspect analysis in husbandary of diary goat and semy organic paddy plantation with three scenarios. Non financial aspect which are used in this research are market aspect, tecnical, law and management, socioeconomic and culture, and also environment aspect. Based on value of investment criteria, integrated farming (scenario III) with harvest system by machine get the highest value of investment criteria, which are NPV (Rp796 376 365), Net B/C 20 (3.06), IRR (47.96 percent), and Payback Period (3 years and 4 months). Based on switching value analysis, increasing of feed price on scenario III is most sensitive with maximum limit of increasing value that is 4.27 percent.en
