Abstract: Bank of Syariah Mandiri is one of banking company which provide funding of micro syariah for micro agribusiness. The purpose of this research are to identify the internal and eksternal strategy factor of company, to analyze the alternative strategy of business development and also to recommend the priority of strategy which can be applied by BSM KCP Tajur in expanding The business. This research used Delphi technique, IFE Matrix, EFE, IE, SWOT and QSP Matrix which indicate the internal condition of company namely company management, manpower productivity, marketing of financial service, location of the company, financial condition, capital power, quality service, means and operational infrastructure, and also the information system of the company management. This research also indicates the eksternal condition of company namely economy, social culture, government contribution, technology and information system development, The number of new established companies, bargaining power among purchasers and suppliers, the threat of substitution product and the competition among the members of industry. Based on IE matrix analysis That BSM KCP TAJUR is on growing and developing position with main strategy are intensive strategy and integrative strategy. Based on SWOT matrix analysis obtainable eight strategies. The priority strategy base on QSP matrix result of BSM KCP TAJUR is that the strategy of corporation development whith micro agribusiness organization by utilizing the social program from the government.
