dc.description.abstractIndonesia is one of the countries of white pepper producers in the world. During some periods, the contribution Indonesia in the world markets had tendencies a decrease supplied. Kundi village is one of the areas of white pepper production center in Bangka Barat Regency. Fluctuations in selling prices and a decrease in the number of white pepper production leads to reduced production volumes resulting white pepper. White pepper is a commodity which has a potential to be developed because it is a commodity export and unfullfilling demand. The Bussiness of white pepper is necessary high investments so that it needs a feasibility studi of the white pepper of farmer’s level, Kundi village to determine business feasibility. Methods of analysis data which are used on this research is qualitative analysis method to analyze feasibility based on nonfinancial aspect such as market aspect, technical aspect, management aspect, and also social, economic, and environmental aspect and quantitative which used to analyze the financial based on investment criteria (NPV,IRR,Net B/C,PP) and sensitivity analysis. The research result showed that the white pepper cultivation in Kundi Village, Simpang Teritip District, Bangka Barat Regency is feasible to be done .en
