Rencana pengelolaan lanskap eco-art park di Sentul City, Bogor

Abstract

In an effiort to reahze the concept of Sentul City as a destination and a knowledge city, PT Sentul City Tbk. developed a recreational facility by building ecopark. Sustainable management of the landscape ecopark may have implications for the Sentul City as an eco city and reabze a low-carbon society (LCS). The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the existing landscape, evaluation of landscape development, and make landscape management plan. With the research object Eco-Art Park Sentul City, this study used methods of surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AIIP). Analysis of the implementation of the existing landscape Eco- Art Park Sentul City shows that the landscape has not fulfilled the criteria of ecological park. Basic concepts and landscape development has not led to the ecological park. Development landscape changes related to adjustrrents and the desire of the directors. In the management and maintenance of landscapes, operationally not lead to ecological park In the preparation of the management plan, there are recommendations to restructure the management and the addition of landscape maintenance schedule.
