Abstract: Various human activities in the Kepulauan Seribu National Marine Park i.e. coral mining, potassium seriously impacted to coral reef ecosystem degdaration. The aim of this research to determine whether there are ecological, social-economic and institutions consequences, can be intergrated to sustainable development. The study methods used consist of the field survey and interview to assessing ecological, socio-economic, institution and policies related to National Park Management. Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM) is used to analyze the institutional and Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) to analyzed the sustainability of National Park Management. The results of this study shows that the central government (Ministry of Forestry) and the Kepulauan Seribu Administration District are the two important institutions. Management strategies are 1) review and revision of Regional Government Law No. 32 Year 2004 related to conservation area and Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems Law No. 5 of 1990 on associated with the management of marine protected areas and fisheries, 2) review and revision of DKI Jakarta government decree No. 1 of 2012 relating to the management of national parks and adjustment programs of the National Park Management Plan of Kepulauan Seribu with local government policies related to the management of the national park, 3) developing of zone and managing by institutions through collaborative management, 4) utilization of the waters the National Park by the activities of the community and other stakeholders must be addressed to support the function of the area, Mengembangkan dan menetapkan secara bersama zona khusus yang dikelola oleh lembaga-lembaga secara kolaboratif, 5) supervision and Controlling of coral and sand mining along with rocks and sand material procurement policy through subsidies by local governments, 6) education and skills of the community in conservation area improved and development of alternative livelihoods for communities, 7) collaboration in the management of natural resources between local governments and National park authority.
