Analisi Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Indikator Derajat Kesehatan dan Strategi Peningkatan Pelayanan Kesehatan di Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

The policy of regional autonomy has given partial of authority and responsibility for the management and development of health to local authorities. It aslo has provided an opportunity to correct various health care standards that have been implemented by the Bogor Regency Government. The aims of this research are : (1) to analyze the factors that influence the indicators of health level, (2) to analyze how satisfy the people is toward the quality of basic health services in Bogor regency, and (3) to formulate a strategy and program design of activities to improve health service in Bogor Regency. Analysis tools used in this study are analysis of multiple linear regression, the analysis of public satisfaction index, the analysis of internal and external factors, the analysis of SWOT. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the health budget, per capita income, the average length of school affected and the health human resources, the indicators of health level significantly with the degree of trusth a = 0,05. The result of survey toward the improvement healthy service in Bogor regency based on the index of people satisfaction toward the health given had not reached the expected indext of people satisfaction. Based on the SWOT and QSPM analysis, there were 6 strategies that could be formulated : (1) to prioritize the health budget from various funding, (2) to optimize the utilization of health infrastructure, (3) to improve the capability and competency of health staff, (4) to add the time of health service, (4) to improve the health empowerment and people participation, and (6) to activate the health promotion which is used to support the reach of health level indicators in Bogor regency.
