While direct impact of bureaucratic structure (32.7%) was significantly higher than indirect impact of bureaucratic structure (0.06%). The study concluded that communication and bureaucratic structure were two main elements that influencing the coordination system of Komnas FBPI. As a part of public health, communication was main priority on controlling zoonotic disease. The transparency of program would smoothen the coordination between national and international society. In the meantime, bureaucratic structure needed to more effective and rational and it would depend on willingness of stakeholder and the value of bureaucratication to make a change. It was also apparent that policies, rolled out regularly for zoonotic disease control and eradication in developing nation was important key, although in many cases failed in achieving the desired results.en
