| dc.description.abstract | Low productivity and quality of pre-processed rubber and lack of environmental consideration is the main obstacle in the development of the rubber industry. The main objective of this research was to obtain productivity improvement formulation of pre-processed rubber with green productivity approach. Research applied 3 stages of analysis. First, institutional analysis in the smallholder plantations using ISM to identify the contextual relationships between subelemen where farmers are the most important element. Second, production process analysis by mapping each stream process using GVSM and the initial GPI calculation. Third, pre-processed rubber quality analysis using QFD, and produced raw materials handling activities and freezing latex, need to be considered in producing a quality pre-processed rubber. After further analysis to obtain productivity improvement formulation, AHP then applied to weigh the improvement alternative. Based on the overall analysis, the best scenario obtained a GPI value of 1.875. It is better compared to the initial GPI of 1.138 | en |
