dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research was to identify the source of tuna supply in PPSNZJ Jakarta, related to price, quality, quantity, area of origin, and its trading system. This research used survey. Collected data consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected by sampling tally sheet when tuna were unloaded and observing unloading process. Fishing port which usually supply tuna to PPSNZJ are PPS Benoa Bali,PPN Palabuhanratu, PPS Cilacap. The quality grade of the exported fresh tuna were AAA, AAF, AF, AA, A and A, while for local tuna were B+, B, B-,reject/ C, Oba/D. Based on statistical tests, the relationship between amount and quality of the price, showed that it was very strong influence which made up 73,8% and the value of Sig F Change = 0.00 which mean that the effect of the independent variable (number and quality) was very significant on the dependent variable (price) because the value ranged from 0-0.05. | en |
