Perencanaan Lanskap Terminal Baranangsiang sebagai Upaya Revitalisasi Terminal Tipe A di Kota Bogor

Abstract

Terminal as node in the transport network plays an important role to regulate the movement of passengers or goods safely, orderly, conveniently, and efficiently in terms of time and cost. Bogor Baranangsiang Terminal (TBB) that has been serving needs of public transport users currently in disorganized and overload conditions. It is often a source of traffic congestion for the the surrounding area. The method used in this study followed the design process found by Gold which includes preparation, inventory, analysis, synthesis and planning by identifying the physical, biophysical, technical and social, and legal aspects. This study produces a landscape plan and a description plan of the TBB includes space planning, facilities and activities, circulations, greenery, and carrying capacity area. Those are obtained through descriptional and spatial analysis. The basic concept of this plan is Convenience and Care Terminal (Terminal C2). The development of the concept is done by adding 5 355.6 m2 (24.3%) area so that the total area be 27 455.6 m2 (± 2.74 ha).
