Partisipasi dan Dampak Program CSR PTPN VII terhadap Taraf Hidup Masyarakat Gunung Dempo Sumatera Selatan

Abstract

One of responsibility to local communities, PT PTPN VII Persero has a corporate social responsibility program called UMKM program to empower the local communities. The purpose of this research was to describe the profile communities; describe the CSR program implementation in PTPN VII; analyze the level of stakeholder participation in the implementation of UMKM programs; analyze the impact of stakeholders participation in CSR programs on people's lives. The subject of this study was the Village of Mount Dempo, including local communities, government and corporate employees village. The method used in this research consisted of a quantitative method and supported by qualitative research using questionnaires and in-depth interview guide. The results of this research showed that every stakeholders had different types and degree of participation. The higher the level of participation of the communities involved in the implementation of the program, the higher the standard of living that is generated.
