Abstract: The increase of body fat mass and blood pressure have been reported to have association with the increase of cardiovascular diseases risks, which mechanism is mediated through the increase of inflammation status caused by impaired blood lipids (dyslipidemia). The objective of this study was to analyze association between nutritional status (Body Mass Index (BMI), waist circumference, waist-hip ratio, and body fat mass) and blood pressure with inflammation state which was assessed by blood C-reactive protein level in dyslipidemic subjects in Bogor. The study design was cross sectional survey involving 81 dyslipidemic subjects. The study showed that there were significant correlations between BMI, waist-hip ratio and body fat mass, diastolic blood pressure with blood CRP level. In conclusion, the higher percentage of over nutritional status, body fat mass, and diastolic blood pressure, the higher the inflammation status.
