The analyses are separated into income analysis with R/C Ratio, break even point analysis, value added analysis with Hayami Method, and statistical descriptive analysis. From the study it can be conclude that the average business owners produced 100 kg of raw materials which then will produce 21.67 kg raw tapioca and 6.04 kg waste. Average R/C ratio of business owner and production factor owner is more than 1 that means this small-sized tapioca industry still gave them daily income, whereas added value ratio from the processing is just 17.09%.
