Abstract: Kampoeng Tegalwaru Business Tourism was a tourism that modify the concept of rural tourism by making „the business‟ as a core tourist attraction and become important strategic marketing of UMKM products in Tegalwaru village. Favorable progress on both aspects, the promotion media and visitation make a bright prospect on this tourism. This study analyzes customer satisfaction for sevqual dimension and decision process‟ visitation. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value was 66.54%, show that visitors were satisfied with the services provided. However, based on the results of Importance Performance Analysis and Gap Analysis, management should improve performance attributes on price of package tours, presentations medium of UMKM products, compliance with services promised, personal attention to visitors, layout, parking area and toilet facilities.
