Abstract: The entrepreneurial should be taught in school to prepare students to be self-employed and to create job opportunities. Indo Flowers Nursery (IFN) is a company set up by IPB to provide opportunities for students to turn creative ideas into commercial products. In addition, Indo Flowers Nursery (IFN), as the entrepreneurship laboratory connects the student's network to the stakeholders in ornamental plants business. These activities in IFN were done to prepare those students facing the professional work when they graduated. An internship collaboration program between Faculty of Agriculture IPB and The Ohio States University (OSU, USA) also play an important role to increase student's network and expand the student's professional view. IFN and TOP internship program have improved student's confidence, skills, knowledge so that they became more prepared to enter the workforce in the real world.
