Aim of the research was to study the effect of cassabio in the diet on physiological status, haematological profile and blood urea nitrogen in thin tail sheep. This research divided into four treatments with three replications. The treatments were R0: control feed without cassabio, R1: contained 20% commercial feed cassabio, R2: contained 40% commercial feed cassabio, R3: contained 60% commercial feed cassabio. The statistics analysis used were in time randomized block design for physiological status and randomized block design for hematological profile and blood urea nitrogen. Based on the results showed that the utilization of cassabio has not significant effect on rectal temperature and heart rate but significant effect to time difference in the morning, afternoon, and evening (P<0.05). the use of cassabio in all levels increased significantly (P <0.05) on respiration rate in whole day, while those cassabio utilization has not significant effect on hemoglobin, erythrocytes, leukocytes, differentiation of leukocytes and blood urea nitrogen concentration.en
