But in business there are members of farmer iii group Bunisari production risk constraints, seen from fluctuations Mortality Rate (MR) tilapia. The process of identifying the sources of the operations of tilapia fish GMT which is run by members of farmer group Bunisari, using descriptive analysis and then identify the likelihood and impact of risks resulting from risk sources use the Z-Score and Value at Risk (VaR). The purpose of this study was 1) to identify and analyze the sources of risk in the production of tilapia hatchery GMT on members of farmer group Bunisari in the Caringin Wetan village Caringin Sukabumi District, 2) to measure and analyze the probability and impact of risk sources on the production of tilapia hatchery GMT in members of farmer group Bunisari in the Caringin Wetan village Caringin Sukabumi district, and 3) to analyze the various alternative strategies that can be applied to address production risks faced by the business activities of tilapia fish GMT on members of farmer group Bunisari in the Caringin Wetan village Caringin Sukabumi District. Risk sources of tilapia hatchery operations GMT on farmer group members Bunisari is weather, worker skills, pests, and diseases. The analysis of the impact of the greatest sources of risk are followed by disease and weather, pests and worker skills. Risk management strategy that is done for a source of risk pets, disease and expertise of farmers using prevention strategies and the risks posed by weather sources use prevention and mitigation strategies.
