Abstract: In this study presents the comparisson of 3 working fluids for use in the development of Organic Rankine cycle. According to the list of refrigerant mostly-applied, in this paper provide many of working fluid that are : R 134a, R141b, n-Penthane. Analysis the use of working fluid in the development of ORC based on : Thermodynamics, environmental and economic criteria, such as : efficiency, non-flammability, low toxicity, no ozon depletion and low cost. The method to analysis working fluids, in this paper use cycle tempo and the properties of working fluid use Refprof . The result of this analysis are R 134a have efficiency 8,42% with condition temperature inlet at turbine is 90oC, then R141b have efficiency 11,79% with condition temperature inlet at turbin is 160oC, and the last for n-Penthane have efficiency 16,92% with condition temperature inlet at turbine is 160oC. Based on this result, the best working fluid for the development of ORC is R134a with lowest temperatur inlet at Turbine.
