Related to consumer preferences whih shift toward healthy food, organic rice is developed in Sukabumi through organic SRI program. However, not all farmers have already implemented this technology due to some limitation such as capital. The aims of this study are: (1) to analyze implementation of organik SRI technology (2) to analyze the effect of technology implementation on external capital using, and (3) to analyze the effect of technology implementation on farmer’s income. This study is conducted to 56 farmers in Kebon Pedes Sukabumi through degree of technology implementation, binary logistic regression, and multiple linear regression. Result shows that degree of technology implementation is around 62,28 percent. With the productivity of 6,2 ton/ha, the average area of healthy rice 0,35 ha, and rice price is Rp 3.250/kg, thus total revenue is Rp 20,419,734.66/ha. Total cost is Rp 13.245.165,60/ha, farmer income is Rp 7.174.569,06/ha and R/C is 1,55. Variables significanly affect the usage of external capital using are degree of technology implementation, gender, family size, total cost, and participation in extension. Meanwhile age, formal education, and R/C is not significant. Farmer’s income is influenced by degree of technology implementation and area of healthy rice (α=5%). As suggestions, government has to support external capital, extension, and land expansion.en
