Analisis Faktor-Faktor Determinan Kewirausahaan Pertanian Padi Organik

Abstract

This study is aimed to identify the factors of entrepreneurial organic rice farming and analyzing entrepreneurial determinant factors in the business growth of organic rice farming which includes socio-economic and cultural factors. The population is organic rice farmers in Bogor. Samples were determined with census techniques developed in the area of organic rice, located in Situ Gede Village, Mulyaharja Village, Cikarawang Village, Balebak Village, Purwasari Village, and Ciburuy Village. The study uses descriptive statistics analysis, cross table, and linear regression analysis with backward OLS to derive the best model. Of all the variables studied, two variables are not illustrated as entrepreneurial factor of organic rice are the Bank Supervision and Religion. Of the factors identified as factors of entrepreneurship, there are six factors that are determinant factors of entrepreneurial organic rice farming: Loan to the Bank, Equity, Finance Has mutilations Employment, EthnicConsumers, and has links to the Government of the factors which most elastic Capital. The role of government is to develop economic activities that can be a side occupation for rice farmers in order to cultivate organic rice farming capital and more focused on improving the business skills of farmers to the right.organic concept.
