Abstract

Sheep cultivation is part of community development activity and Small and medium enterprises based on Corporate Social Responsibility, included partnership and business incubation. The purpose of this study are : 1) To create partnership model on sheep cultivation business to develop sheep breeder community, 2) To analyze the feasibility of sheep cultivation business by means of partnership and incubation program. The research is conducted at Mitra Tani Farm, in Bogor Regency, West Java using case study approach. The result of this study indicate that partnership institutional model can be conducted in sheep cultivation business among corporate enterprise, small and medium enterprises and university by means of partnership and incubation program by commitment among all of stakeholder involved. This activity causes the cost of assistance in partnership. The result of this study indicates that sheep cultivation business by means of partnership and incubation program is feasible to be conducted. Cost of assistance makes additional cost but still the business is feasible.
