dc.description.abstractProject management is one of important part of the construction activities. By project management, contractor can manage existing resources appropriately. One part of the project management is time performance management, time management can be done using barchart, S-curve, and so on. There are several methods that really help in time management, one of them is the Critical Path Method (CPM). This study was to determine the time performance of a bridge construction project using the critical path method and perform 3D modeling. This research was conducted in the Cikujang bridge construction project in Tasikmalaya District. Based on the comparison of realization schedules and plans schedule, in general the project was running smoothly and completed earlier than planned. However, at week 26th there was a slight delay, this is due to a disturbance at mobilizing material. This delay was solved by additional actions working hoursen
