dc.description.abstractPlant diseases is one of the factors inhibiting the increased production of seedlings in the nursery. Dieback is a disease that strikes one in the nursery. Dieback causes one of which is Rhizoctonia sp. This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three replications. The results showed that the higher the concentration of sirih merah leaf extract, the colony diameter growth Rhizoctonia sp. increasingly hampered. pH treatment on PDA (Potato Dextrose Agar) showed that isolates Rhizoctonia sp. did not grow at pH 2. PDB (Potato Dextrose Broth) treatment results obtained shakes highest mycelial dry weight at 100 rpm shake.en
