Squid (Loligo duvauceli) is one of dominant catches in water of Banten Bay using dogol (demersal danish seine). High and continously catch on activity brings through reduction on size of squid populations. Therefore, an appropriate and sustainableresource management is needed. One of information required in appropriate management is about growth aspect. Squid sampling was conducted in PPN Karangantu on September-November 2012 every 14 days.Length frequency distribution of male squid ranged between 35-286 mm, while females between 40-280 mm. Through the analysis of growth parameter estimation, can be obtained K value (growth coefficient),L∞ (asymptotic length), and t0 for squid males and females are respectively, K equal to 0,21 and 0,31 per month, L∞ equal to 400.05 and 281.14 mm, with t0 -0,40 and -0,29 monthsen
