Analisis Perbandingan Tingkat Kesejahteraan Rumahtangga Petani dan Buruh Sandal di Desa Sukaharja Cijeruk - Bogor

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the correlation between farmer’s individual characteristics and interventions of third parties with the phenomenon of livelihood changes in Sukaharja. This research also analyze the correlation between livelihood changes and farmers’ welfare. Subjects to be researched is farmer’s families and farmer’s families who changed their occupation into a labor in shoes industry in Sukaharja. This research used quantitative and qualitative data. This research’s sample is household head who is farmer and household head who changed their occupation into an industrian shoe labor in Sukaharja. The result shows that farmer’s individual characteristics and interventions of third parties had a correlation with livelihood changes. The result also showed that livelihood changes had a correlation with farmers’ welfare in Sukaharja.
