dc.description.abstractSpatial planning of Bogor City by years 2011-2031 is a refinement of the 1999-2009’s Spatial Planning to adjust with 26thsummon of 2007. Southern District of Bogoris functioning as an area of cultivation. Therefore, the aim of this study were (1) to know the type of land use, (2) to analyze the changes in the allocation of space on 1999-2009 to 2011-2031 Spatial Planning, (3) to analyze the suitability of space utilization based on 1999-2009 and 2011-2031 Spatial Planning, and (4) to analyze the value of land rent for trade, settlement, and agriculture.Types of land use in Southern District of Bogor beginning by the most extent are residential, garden, farms, fields, residential real estate, bushes, cemetery, lake, trade and services, industrial estates, river, sport fields, and government office. Allocation of space on 1999-2009 in 2011-2031’s Spatial Planning changed from cultivated areas (100%) to protected areas (8.3%) and cultivated areas (91.7%). Protected areas included by infrastructure border and river border. There was an increasing vast of Spatial Planning on agricultural, industrial estates, and cementery areas. Besides, there was a decreasing vast of Spatial on residential, trade and services, government office, and green space areas. Suitability of space utilization in Southern District of Bogor based on 1999-2009’s Spatial Planning are agricultural (88%), residential (98%), trade and services (45%), industrial estates (33%), government office (46%), green space (83%), and cemetery (63%). Suitability of space utilization in Southern District of Bogor based on 2011-2031’s Spatial Planning are agricultural (95%), residential (94%), trade and services (52%), industrial estates (58%), government office (41%), green space (97%), and cemetery (88%). The average value of land rent for trade and services Rp. 633.312 /m2/year, residential Rp. 16.298 /m2/year, and agricultural Rp. 7.932 /m2/year.en
