dc.description.abstractThe research objective was to determine food consumption, infectious diseases, and nutritional status of children under five years old post-treatment of severe malnutrition. The cross-sectional study design was conducted in four subdistrics of Darmaga, Ciampea, Cibungbulang, and Leuwiliang. The number of 27 children were selected as a samples. The results showed that 88.9% and 77.8% of children consumed less than 70% energy and protein RDA. In the last three months, the most of children suffered from diarrhoea (55.6%) and ARI (59.3%). The duration of sick days for diarrhoea was ~3 days and ARI was ~7 days. There was 81.5% of samples still in severe malnutrition and only 18.5% of them shifted to the moderate malnutrition.en
