The variation of lilium cv.sorbon were induced by gamma irradiation. Radiosensitivity of plant to irradiation was different every plants. The objectives of the experiment were to find out the optimum dosis for inducing variation and variation of planlets. Completely Random Design were used in this experiment. Dosis of irradiation were 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 gray. Observed variable were percentage of callus survive after irradiation, total number of planlets survive, planlets height, total number of leaves and total of roots. The result showed that lethal dose (LD-50 ) was achived on 40.84 gray, and LD-20 at 68.80 gray. The highest percentage of survival callus was achieved on control, and the lowest was callus which treated with 100 gray. The average number of control leaves were significantly different with irradiated callus. While, total number of leaves were not significantly different among irradiation doses. The height of planlet without irradiation were different with planlets which irradiation above 50 gray. The highest planlet was achieved on control. Total number of planlets without irradiation were significantly different with planlets which were treated irradiation, but they were not different among planlets irradiation with 10 gray-50 gray. Likewise planlets which irradiated 60 gray until 100 gray were not significantly different.en
