Abstract: In order to achieve the organization's progress, Fisheries Polytechnic of Tual having several problems related to the behavior of employees in purpose to improving employee and organizational performance. The existence of these problems has an impact on employment that cannot be resolved in line with expectations and the time specified. So it becomes very important research fatherly perspective view of organizational commitment through culture organization and motivation. The aim of this research are (1) for analize the influence of culture organization on commitment of employees Fisheries Polytechnics of Tual, (2) for analize the influence of motivation on commitment of employees Fisheries Polytechnics of Tual. Population of this research are 60 person, theirs all of the employees of Polikant. Sample of this research are 40 person. The methods for analize the data in this research are using crosstabs analize, chi-square correlation and gamma and also multiple regression analysis. Crosstabs analize, chi-square correlation and gamma aims for know the relation of demography factor, culture organization and motivation on the commitment of employees. The analysis of the crosstabs on the relationship between demographic factors with commitment of employees shows that there is no relationship between demographic factors (gender, age and education level) and commitment of employees. That the higher culture of the organization, the commitment of employees will be higher. Motivational factors have a significant influence on commitment of employees. That the higher the motivation, the commitment of employees will be higher. Coefficient of determination (R2) done to see the existence of relationship, which indicated to see the change of independent variables the culture organization (X1), motivation (X2) will be followed by dependent variable commitment of employee (Y) on the same proportion. The value of the coefficient determinant (R2) amounting to 0.659 or 65.9%, it means is independent variable together explain that the behavior of dependent variable amounted to 65.9%., and means there is 34.1% information which can be explained by other variables who are not inserted in the model. Fcalculate 35.796> Ftable 3.252 which real at level of α = 0.05, showed that the variables-independent of culture organization (X1) and motivation (X2) simultaneously or jointly-alike has a relationship affect the dependent variable commitment of employee (Y) significantly.
