The main problem is environment degradation and soil chemistry which affect soil quality, water quality, and furthermore morphology and topography changing. The ojective of this research is to evaluate and manage biophysics. To achieve land improvements, used approach to analyze land suitability for agriculture purpose which has developed by FAO 1983. Principally, it compares land characteristics and land utilization type as preferences by corporate and local society. Land utilization type is for agroforestry area with Hevea brassiliensis as a main crops. There were some limiting factors which was found: pH, soil base saturation, organic content, and topography in some areas. Around 213,84 hectares was proposed to be managed by local society in Manggis village and 87,63 hectares must be conserved included lake for 57 hectares. There were three combinations of agroforestry, those are Hevea brassiliensis with Oryza sativa (235.93 ha), Hevea brassiliensis with Curcuma oomestica (11.89 ha), and Hevea brassiliensis with Nephelium lappaceum and Durio zibethinus (7.6 ha).
