Abstract: Today, fierce competition in the global market is not only the competition between enterprises, but also the competition between supply chains. Products with increasingly shorter life cycle and increased expectations on a product's customers have forced business enterprises to invest in and focus attention on their supply chain. Pusat Pelatihan Pertanian Perdesaaan Nusa Indah (P4S Nusa Indah) is a governmental agency under the agricultural extension Bogor. Value chain research on P4S Nusa Indah as white oyster mushroom producers is very important, because white oyster mushroom had a large market, but this competition relatively tight. So to win the competition P4S Nusa Indah should strengthen their relationship of elements to each party involved in their supply chain. This study aims to (1) analyze the condition of the supply chain on white oyster mushrooms P4S Nusa Indah. (2) Knowing the magnitude of the distribution of value added along the value chain of white oyster mushroom cultivation. (3) Knowing the amount of margin and R / C obtained by the each party of white oyster mushroom value chain. Information obtained from the primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained through observations and interviews with the parties involved along the supply chain on the white oyster mushroom P4S Nusa Indah. The secondary data obtained from various literature related. The analysis tools are value chain, supply chain management and value added. Results from The studies that the performance of the value chain has been going well. However, market information transparency of white oyster mushroom is still constraint in this supply chain. So, transparency of information is monopolized by one party. The research was conducted at P4S Nusa Indah is located at Jl. Ciapus Raya, Gg. Pala No. 51 RT/RW 02/01, Tamansari village, Tamansari district, Bogor regency, West Java Province. This study was conducted for 3 (three) months, during September until November 2012. This study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interviews. The secondary obtained from the study of literature and books references associated with research. The results of the study is : (1) A supply chain consists of white oyster mushroom primary members (P4S Nusa Indah, collectors and retailers) and secondary members (suppliers of raw materials and packaging). The flow of the supply chain starting from P4S Nusa Indah, collectors and finally to retailers. (2) The distribution of the added value gained by each party is: 19.83% for P4S Nusa Indah, 16.86% were acquired by collectors, and 35% were obtained by the retailer. (3) For P4S Nusa Indah gain margin of Rp. 1485 per kg of white oyster mushroom. While margin traders gained Rp. 1196 per kg. However, for the R / C ratio (revenue cost) obtained by each party is relatively balanced, sum of 1.23 for P4S Nusa Indah, 1.14 for traders, and 1.3 for retailers.
