Abstract: The internship program has been conducted at PT Bhumireksa Nusa Sejati, Minamas Plantation, Indragiri Hilir, Riau from February 13 to May 13 2012. The purpose of this internship program is to learn oil palm cultivation and specifically analyzes the factors that influence the production of palm oil. The data to be collected consist of primary and secondary data. Mandah Estate has reached a high production and has exceeded its specified company targets and successively increased production from year to year. From five estates in PT Bhumireksa Nusa Sejati, Mandah Estate which has an average peak production of 57.54 tonnes/ha/year. Management of oil palm plantations on peatlands has a different management technique on soil minerals. There a several major factors that can effects a crop production is age of plant, disease, rainfall, soil/land, harvesting, and water management.
