| dc.description.abstract | Mutations horizontal (rotation) is a phenomenon that often occurs in an organization to improve the quality of human resources. Rotation is the movement of an employee from one field to field duty assignment other has a level not much different in terms of salary, responsibility, and structural levels. The aim is to increase knowledge and experience, enhance competence, self-development and reduce the level of saturation. Pusat Konservasi Tumbuhan (PKT) Kebun Raya Bogor-Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI) is the agency that implements the rotation office. Implementation of rotation positions have several obstacles in its implementation, the employer still has compassion toward his subordinates to be rotated so that the subjectivity of decision-making, does not have competent human resources that will be rotated, and several employees in the office did not implement rotation in accordance with established procedures. Job rotation in the PKT Kebun Raya Bogor-LIPI also be made in reducing the level of saturation in some work and fill positions that are less or not filled. Saturation of employees resulting from the work of the same routine every day for long periods of time will lead to a difficult psychological fatigue eliminated. These circumstances can lead to decreased job performance and an employee who was not anticipated by the PKT Kebun Raya Bogor-LIPI, it will be bad for the development and achievement of the PKT Kebun Raya Bogor-LIPI. The purpose of this study was (1) Identify the implementation of rotation position at PKT Kebun Raya Bogor-LIPI. (2) Identify the performance of the employees at PKT Kebun Raya Bogor-LIPI. (3) Analyze the title rotation relationship with an employee's work performance at PKT Kebun Raya Bogor- LIPI. The research was conducted in the PKT Kebun Raya Bogor-LIPI are addressed at Jl. Ir. H. Juanda 13 Bogor. This study was conducted for 3 (three) months, the month in August 2012 to October 2012. Types and sources of data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained from interviews and distributing questionnaires. Secondary data obtained from the study of literature, the internet and reference books related to this research. This study sampling technique used purposive sampling judgmental sampling techniques that are part of the non-probability sampling. The method of data analysis used to determine the rotational correlation with the performance of the employee positions are Rank Spearman correlation analysis and hypothesis testing to determine the relationship using the formula t test. Cross tabulation analyzes are used to determine the characteristics of the employee relations office by rotation at PKT Kebun Raya Bogor-LIPI. The results of the perception of employees who agreed to the implementation of rotational positions held by 52.7%. While most alternative answer chosen is very low ie 0.6% disagreed. These results indicate the perception of employees on the implementation of rotational position in the PKT Kebun Raya Bogor-LIPI implemented. The results of the performance of the employees agreed to answer most preferred by 50.8%. While the alternative minimum response rate of 0.1%. These results demonstrate the performance of the employee PKT Kebun Raya Bogor-LIPI can be said to be high. Relationships rotational position with an employee's work performance at PKT Kebun Raya Bogor-LIPI by Rank Spearman correlation test showed a rate of 0.599 a strong category with significance 0.000 <0.1 (α = 10%). This shows there is a significant positive correlation relationship between the rotation of office with employee work performance and an employee PKT Kebun Raya Bogor-LIPI rotation position, it will affect his performance. Based on the calculation of the t test, the results obtained by t = 6.347, t table at significance level 0.1 with degrees of freedom d = 74-2 = 72 obtained a value of 1.293. Value t count> t table then reject Ho and accept Ha, which means there is a relationship between the rotation of office with employee work performance at PKT Kebun Raya Bogor-LIPI. | en |
