Research of weed dynamics on land preparation with conservation tillage system has been conducted at experimental farm of Institut Pertanian Bogor, Dramaga, Bogor, from August until September 2011. The research objective was to study the effect of glyphosate herbicide and decomposer combination on weed control in conservation tillage. The research used Completely Randomized Block Design with nine treatments i.e. glyphosate 5.0 l/ha + decomposer 5.5 l/ha (P1), glyphosate 5.0 l/ha + decomposer 4.4 l/ha (P2), glyphosate 5.0 l/ha + decomposer 0.0 l/ha (P3), glyphosate 4.0 l/ha + decomposer 5.5 l/ha (P4), glyphosate 4.0 l/ha + decomposer 4.4 l/ha (P5), glyphosate 4.0 l/ha + decomposer 0.0 l/ha (P6), glyphosate 3.0 l/ha + decomposer 5.5 l/ha (P7), glyphosate 3.0 l/ha + decomposer 4.4 l/ha (P8), dan glyphosate 3.0 l/ha + decomposer 0.0 l/ha. The result showed that weed dominant were Paspalum conjugatum (51.46 %), Mimosa pudica (15.75 %), dan Borerria alata (9.03 %). Application glyphosate 3.0 l/ha + decomposer 0.0 l/ha could reduce weed dry weight biomasen
