Peluang Bekerja dan Berusaha Wanita Kepala Rumah Tangga dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Tingkat Upah di Desa Cihideung Udik Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: to analyze gender's ideology associated with opportunity to work and business WHH, to analyze characteristic associated with opportunity to work and business WHH, to analyze opportunity to work and business associated with wage rate WHH. This research was using quantitative method and supported by qualitative. In common show that respondent majority have categorised gender’s ideology strong, opportunity to work and business are hard, dan low wage rate. Gender's ideology is associated with opportunity to work and business, opportunity to work and business is not associated with wage rate, age characteristic is associated with opportunity to work and business, the duration as WHH and child responsibility characterisic are not associated with opportunity to work and business.
