Abstract: Increasing competition in the business locally, regionally and globally requires that every company has a competitive advantage. Excellence can be achieved with the support of competent Human Resources (HR). This is because the competent human resources is able to provide optimal performance for the company. The company needs to formulate an appropriate recruitment strategy. The purpose of this study to determine an alternative recruitment strategy for Bimbingan Profesi Sarjana (BPS), which should be run by the company. The study uses primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained through interviews and questionnaires uses (3) three experts, Vice President HR Operation, Recruitment Manager and Line Manager, while secondary data obtained from the literature. Data processing using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with a computer program Expert Choice 2000. This approach analyzes the weight and priority elements form factor strategists, actors, goals, and alternative strategies. The most influential factor in determining the strategy is the company's policy. The actor who needs to get greater authority was VP HR Operations. The aim is to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. The first strategic step that needs to run is the determination of the method of selection, followed by a determination of competency profiles and determination methods of recruitment. Processing at the hierarchy second level, selection methods need to be focused is User and HR interview stage. Doing something beyond the expected, to act independently, and the customer focus is necessary competence precedence. The company also needs to prioritize College Shopping as a method of recruitment for the program Bimbingan Profesi Sarjana (BPS).
