Abstract: Currently the number of urban transport (commonly called as “angkot”, an abbreviation of “angkutan perkotaan”) in the city of Bogor has reached the maximum number set by the government as many as 3413 units. However, the number of bussiness run on the field is not balanced by the number of passengers of urban transports. There is often seen an “angkot” does not filled by passangers. Though the number of passengers is a benchmark in measuring the benefit of the business. Based on these reasons, it was necessary to conduct a research in order to get insight about the value of financial feasibility as well as descriptions and perceptions of the business subject. The Business feasibility analysis that pointed to the business owners was Net Present Value (NPV) and period of Return on Investment (ROI). Meanwhile, the Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) of City of Bogor was used to assess the feasibility of public transportation drivers income. Data used in this study was the result of survey to the drivers and owners of “angkot”, and also observation to the number of passengers. Mostly the drivers were employees. They feel lucky to undergo a job as a driver, but most of them do not want to continue working in this field. Thi business if urban transport is reasonably to run because the income generated exceeds the UMR of City of Bogor. The Owners were also eligible to continue in conducting the business accorrding NPV and ROI period. In average, the number of passengers just as much as four people in an unit. The amount is less than the half the capacity.
